David J. Peck, CISSP, C|EH, EnCE, is a seasoned information security systems professional with more than 25 years of experience in cyber security, digital forensics and IT investigative services.
David began his career serving as an intelligence analyst and electronic warfare technician in the United States Navy. He retired from the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) as a Trooper and certified forensic examiner. He was also a Deputy United States Marshal. While with the PSP, David served as a computer crime investigator and a wiretap and surveillance specialist, often working on undercover assignments.
Upon retirement from the PSP, David served as a senior security consultant for Dell and a number of major corporations. He has also served as an information assurance and forensic engineer with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
David holds an active TS/SCI security clearance with full-scope polygraph. He is a licensed private investigator in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and holds a wide variety of IT and security certifications.

Mr. Fernandes is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with over 25 years of intensive, progressive experience in cyber security. Industry expert consultant in all aspects of cyber security. Prepares in-depth studies and analyses. Manages major information security efforts. Maintains affiliation with national and international organizations. Performs independent work or manages teams in support of customer engagements either on-site or off-site.
Mr. Fernandes is responsible for developing and implementing the company's overall cyber security growth strategy. Serves as a trusted advisor to his clients, tasked with the development of security and risk assessment, mitigation and prevention strategies for State, Local, DoD, IC and Commercial client relationships. Scope of tasks include assessing current IT security postures and developing risk management frameworks (RMF), based on ISO, SANS, NIST and other relevant best practices, for performing both baseline and on-going security assessments, to include full scale vulnerability assessments, targeted vulnerability scans and penetrating testing, laser focused on Predicting, Preventing and Persisting against cyber incidents, any time and from anywhere.
Considered a subject matter expert and corporate interface to both government and commercial Security and Privacy efforts in Latin America.
Mr. Fernandes has over 12 years of experience in International project management supporting U.S. Government clients, including the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Security Agency (NSA), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), along with a long list of International commercial clients, including General Motors, Alcatel-Lucent, Siemens, and Celgene.

Mr. Mastrippolitio is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity. Mr. Mastrippolitio was a founding member of an elite group of computer forensics and intrusion analysts for a major defense contractor. He has performed numerous web application assessments and penetration tests for Financial Services, Federal Government, and retail clients. He's managed SOCs, responded to incidents, and analyzed malware.
